Alpaca easter trail

Follow the Easter clues on this guided alpaca walk

April 6th ~ april 12th ~ april 21st

Meet

Come and meet our alpacas this spring and guide them along the easter trail.

This 45 minute - 1 hour experience will begin with meeting our alpacas and finding out a little bit about them...

Walk

Then we will get prepared for a leisurely short stroll following the clues hidden along the trail. There will be a chance to stop for photo's along the way. This short walk will be a glimpse into their funny characters. it will also be a chance for younger children to discover the the clues along the way to lead them to an easter egg gift at the end (for children under 12 years)

Feed

once the walk is complete there will be an opportunity to prepare and serve the alpaca's with their food and some carrot treats. This is usually their favourite part!

at this point you can also ask more questions, take more photos and even have a cuddle

£12 per person for a guided walk
£6 per person for an accompanying child / adult

* only One accompanying child / adult to each walker

important Information

Adults and children 12 years and above may guide an alpaca
All children up to the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
Children under 12 may walk alongside an adult in charge (ratio 1:1)
Children under 12 cannot lead an alpaca
If you book to walk an alpaca and you wish to book someone to accompany you the number accompanying cannot exceed the number walking alpacas. Your accompanying person can be EITHER an additional adult or a child.
There will be clues along the trail for children to discover and at the end any child under 12 will receive a small Easter Egg as a reward for completing the trail.
The terrain is undulating, on a slope and it can be muddy. Please wear appropriate footwear eg wellies or boots. Trainers aren't recommended as they may be ruined.
Our alpacas are very gentle souls and like to take life at a relaxed pace. They love a calm and slow environment .
There must be a 1:1 ratio adult to child and we cannot diverge from this on the day so please do adhere to this thank you
